Gordon’s Bio:

Gordon Herrmann
Pastoral Resident

My Name is Gordon Herrmann and I am a child of God! I grew up in Richardson, Tx near Dallas and attended the GCI church Pathway of Grace. After I aged out of the Teen program I started to help our youth pastor Joe Brannen run it. I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in May 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. While at UTD I was also heavily involved in the Fellowship of Christian University Students, a campus ministry, and gained a lot of experience with small groups. About 6 weeks after I graduated I moved to Cincinnati, Oh.

God has blessed me with many deep and loving relationships! I’ve been particularly blessed to know wonderful people who want to see the Kingdom grow, and who have been willing to invest in my part in that. I have a support team who I regularly update on my ministry to let them know how their investment is being fruitful. I love ministry, but it can be a struggle. And a lot of times it can be a struggle to feel like I’m doing as well as I could be, but it is so encouraging to have my support team behind me. They all give in different ways, different amounts of money, some one time some monthly, some through prayer, some through encouraging words. I couldn’t do this without them, and not just because of the money, but because of what it means to me to know that they believe in me. I love ministry, and I feel called to it because of how much I want to love people as much as I can. I’ve found that my support team is just another way that I get to love people, and I would love to have you on it!
